Most of our shipments are sent via USPS, however, we offer service via UPS if requested. With all shipments, we determine whether USPS or UPS is the most effective method (depending upon the size of your order and your location) and select that method for your order. We ship to all United States and Canadian addresses.
Shipping Time Frame
We ship orders Monday - Friday and we strive to ensure that your order leaves the warehouse within 48 hours of being placed. If you need to change or cancel your order please make sure that you contact us within 24 hours of placing the order. Unless it is placed on a Saturday or Sunday, please send us an email and we will edit your order Monday morning.
US shipping rates are simple - $3.00 for any single item and FREE shipping for any two or more items.
Canadian shipping rates are as follows - $15.00 for 1 - 11 items, $12.00 for 12 - 17 items and $10.00 for 18 or more items ordered. All Canadian shipments may be subject to brokerage fees of 5% - 15% depending upon your receiving location.
Shipping outside US or Canada requires an international shipping quote, which can take 24-48 hours to obtain. Please email us at email@example.com to obtain your shipping quote with the following information – items you want to purchase, quantity of items, and complete shipping address (including country).
We hope you will be satisfied with the items you purchase from us, however, should you wish to request a return, please note that any unopened item may be returned for any reason within 90 days of purchase date. We simply ask that you pay for the return postage if the product is not damaged or defective. Please return all unopened items to:

Please note that we cannot accept any returns for product purchased at a retail location, and items purchased through www.purehealth100.com cannot be returned to any retail location.
We do our best to package all shipments accurately, but if you should receive an incorrect item, please contact us via e-mail or telephone within 30 days of order date and we will correct the error right away. For items purchased through our website, please retain your packing slip as we will ask for some important information from this document in order to properly process the return.
